Applications for the position of editor of Trinity News, Ireland’s oldest student newspaper, open today.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be either currently a Trinity College student or on sabbatical
- Must have served one year in an editorial position (ie, sectional deputy or higher) of a Trinity College or a position of an external publication
Applications should be submitted to the current editor by email: editor [at] trinitynews [dot] ie.
The deadline for submissions is Wednesday, March 13th at midday.
Campaigning will then take place from March 14th to 20th.
An election will take place at 6.30PM on the evening of March 20th in the Publications Office. All those occupying positions (ie, staff writer or higher) in Trinity News and TN2 will be eligible to vote.
